I have been told this all my life but I still lack confidence and don't think I'm hot. I don't think I'm ugly at all, but not hot enough to hit on men. I have natural big boobs, woohoo.. but even that makes me self-conscious, like something to be made fun of which did happen when I was a teenager. On most women it's considered hot but when you lack confidence big boobs are something that people can make fun of. Most of my boyfriends I've met in bars, and they 'hit' on me after they had a few drinks and they all told me if they hadn't been drinking they would't have had the courage to talk to me because they thought I probably already had a boyfriend. Even way back to high school..I didn't go to my prom and afterwards a couple of guys asked me why I wasn't there. When I said no one asked me, they said they would have asked me if they had known. Now guys tell me 'you must have had a lot of guys after you in high school' but I tell them I never had a boyfriend until I was 20. I've never hit on a guy in my whole life. How sad, I can't imagine how many guys I could have had if I had more confidence and probably better/nicer ones than those that approached me first. They say your personality is formed in the first 6 yrs of your life, so these feelings of inferiority and shyness are so ingrained & subconscious it's impossible to come out of it. Now I'm middle-aged so I guess I missed the boat.
