lol, the fact that they ascend when they die, if such a thing is even true, does not justify people raising animals in closed spaces, taking away their freedom, taking away their family and slaughtering them.

Guess what, the cow shown died, quickly and efficiently, at the hands of the processor. It was then hung, bled, gutted, and skinned before hanging to season. Then it was butchered. It's how it works, whether with the efficiency of the machine shown or with the more intense labor of the old time pulleys and hand tracks.

As for karma being involved, study what karma truly is then revisit your idiotic conclusion as it pertains to anything really.

Meanwhile, I'm about through this year's beef (which was local, ranch reared and grass fed, that was brought in, put down, and custom processed by the local butcher). A more tender, wholesome, and delicious collection of steaks, roasts, and burger you could only imagine.

By fall it'll be time to get another. The same process that's went on in this country for hundreds of years and thankfully will continue.

Well so not to get too religious because i'm not, The Bible had a pretty good set of instructions for raising. slaughtering, and eating animals. We just need to get back to that.

They do not all die instantly. Some are still alive while skinned. Imagine this your child to your witness.

I don't typically imagine skinning or eating people, let alone children, so why should I consider such an insipidly stupid thing at all?
