Here is a link to the national terror alert guide. It provides information for the nuclear weapons zones of destruction. Useful guide for the fallout effects for various distances from the point of impact. It goes up to the max distance of 250 miles, I am currently looking for a broader one.

For those in the US, you can specify your state and see charts for prevailing wind patterns and possible targets.
