What If NorKorea's and Iran's Orbiting Satellites...

Are actually a two part EMP weapon? For example, the Nork's satellite that they launched last December is the payload, while one of Iran's many orbiting "communications" or "research" satellites is some kind of remote detonator? I was reading up about both countries' space programs and it seems Iran launched a satellite last year that is specifically designed to locate other countries' satellites in orbit. Far fetched idea, believe me I know. But what if Iran's SatNav satellite is supposed to "locate" and rendezvous or establish communication with the Nork's satellite and detonate an EMP payload over the USA? If you look up the orbital trajectory of the Nork's satellite, you can clearly see it passes very close over the eastern seaboard, Texas/LA (sinkhole???) and Southern California. All three of those locations were on Lil' Kim's attack plan map from last week... Just a thought.
