If I wanted to be a socialist, I would trace back one line of my family heritage and move to Scandinavia. Either Norway, Sweden, Finland or Denmark. I think they are fine countries and have a wonderful standard of life...but I choose to live a different life. This is not out of disrespect to them at all. I am sure in a small country, the systems they are using perform just fine...but they do not work in a country of 300+ million.

One side of my family is Scott-irish...the other side is Irish Scandinavian....my fathers family were of Irish and Viking descent...not unusual. I recently discovered that a distant family member on my fathers side was a captain in William the Conqueror's army during the battle of Hastings....1066. That line happens to hold the Norman/Viking line and a line into Germany....I never knew that. I was always told we were....this.


What is the point....the point is...we have a group of people that are heirs to freedom. We fought long and hard to NOT be a part of the system.....and now we have folks that want to throw that struggle away and return....this is madness.

I am proud of my ancient heritage but I am more proud of my family members that said "hell no"..."We embrace freedom over everything else"...that is why I am here today.
