I'm beginning to think that it's a very bad idea. I tried it and I nearly sucked my dick off. After that I experienced pain in my left pelvis not to mention in my left testicle. I was certain I had a kidney stone, and it hurt all night last night. The next morning I tried to take a shit, but I had no bowel movement at all. That wasn't a good sign. LOL....I'm a nurse and was in the hospital cafeteria one day years ago when someone from the ER said they just had a guy come in with a laceration on his penis.
