As a funeral director, this is appalling. Proper documentation from the crematory and a death certificate should have been sufficient. Sending it through The x-ray machine would have shown all they needed to see. Shame on that bitch for showing disrespect to the dead.  Monster are real! Clearly it was a monstrous act of disrespect. I like you, for your concerns are genuine and words ring true.
