Your association of Yahweh or Jesus with an evil demiurge is simply not tenable. You have to look at the character of God through his son Jesus Christ.

Jesus showed himself as a servant to all. Anyone who approached him was healed. He offered forgiveness to anyone who asked and preached a law of love that is the pinnacle of proper religion..

Love your neighbor as yourself, turn the other cheek, love your enemies. Do not seek revenge. Show mercy to others. I could go on, but then he offers the ultimate example by dying on the cross so that through him we may approach the creator of the universe.

This is no spiteful demiurge, this is a loving creator, who will populate his kingdom with people who have this same mindset; self sacrificial love.
