Heard it all now ! Guy's a lawyer for heavens sake ! Trying to drum up business ! In the aftermath of nuclear war ! Talk about double think - guy predicts doom for his country in the event of nuclear war - and he's not wrong in that where nuclear weapons exist, such a war is a strong possibility/probability, consequences of nuclear war unbelievably bad,only a fool could pretend otherwise - but somehow,despite his nuclear doom predictions, afterwards there's still going to be a Geneva Convention, a court that will look into violation of human rights, lawyers still in business - where ? Where's his office/court/convention going to be in his predicted nuclear winter ? Underground in a little elite bunker ? The Philippinos whose case he wants to plead to the highest authorities will all be dead. The phrase human rights will be as outdated as the dodo. Not applicable any more.
Not sayin there will or won't be nuclear war/ nuclear winter - fervently hope not - but if there is, won't be any law,courts Geneva Conventions, won't be any anything.If there are any non elite Philippinos left alive above ground uncontaminated food water and shelter is what they'll needing, not legal services forsooth.
