even if they blow up all nukes, there is not enough dust realeased into the atmosphere that it would matter. and the current nukes burn up allmost all of the radioactive material. so even after a full blown nuclear war there will be no fallout and no nuclear winter.

Nuclear Winter won't happen unless every continent on Earth gets nuked heavily, so that the entire atmosphere goes dusty. Who would nuke Africa and South America?

Since its only happened once (2×) before... i would say never?

Heard it all now ! Guy's a lawyer for heavens sake ! Trying to drum up business ! In the aftermath of nuclear war ! Talk about double think - guy predicts doom for his country in the event of nuclear war - and he's not wrong in that where nuclear weapons exist, such a war is a strong possibility/probability, consequences of nuclear war unbelievably bad,only a fool could pretend otherwise - but somehow,despite his nuclear doom predictions, afterwards there's still going to be a Geneva Convention, a court that will look into violation of human rights, lawyers still in business - where ? Where's his office/court/convention going to be in his predicted nuclear winter ? Underground in a little elite bunker ? The Philippinos whose case he wants to plead to the highest authorities will all be dead. The phrase human rights will be as outdated as the dodo. Not applicable any more.
Not sayin there will or won't be nuclear war/ nuclear winter - fervently hope not - but if there is, won't be any law,courts Geneva Conventions, won't be any anything.If there are any non elite Philippinos left alive above ground uncontaminated food water and shelter is what they'll needing, not legal services forsooth.

They don't. If anything, what's happening now is something like the Cuban missile crisis. There is even now articles comparing the Cuban crisis with the current crisis.

This is a psych-op. They're setting the stage for what's to come. My bet is we're eventually going to be Jerichoed. That will come suddenly and without warning. This sets NK up to be the next Afghanistan/Iraq, and Kim Jong-un the next Osama bin Laden. I'm betting Kim Jong-un and China are totally on board with this. They want nothing less than to see the fall of the United States which would be reward enough to cooperate with the illuminati.

Based on the lackluster public response to the Sandy Hook school shooting they're realizing nothing short of a full scale "national emergency" to declare martial law is going to be excuse enough to confiscate the guns. How else could they possibly justify nationwide martial law short of a disaster that threatens the entire country? Hurricanes, earthquakes, a limited missile stike would only allow martial law to be declared in certain regions. We know NK doesn't have the capability to strike the U.S. mainland, but the sleeping sheeple doesn't know that.

Not many people were paying attention pre-9/11, but I happened to be taking an online course on the Middle East and we were studying terrorism in the Spring semester before 9/11. They were setting it up for Al-qaeda / Osama bin Laden to be a scapegoat at that time. We also studied the idea of North Korea one day nuking the west coast. This has been on their minds for decades. I remember the day of 9/11 I was the only ordinary citizen I knew personally who already knew before it was mentioned on television news to know it was to be blamed on Al-qaeda and Osama bin Laden. People had know idea that even existed. This was ten years before I looked for real news online.

Kim doesn't have enough nukes for "nuclear winter". That was a concern for a major super power exchange.

Ever hear of Krakatoa? WHen it blew, it threw up enough dust and ash that the World literally did not have a Spring or Summer for a year.

So, if you examine an event which actually occurred, you could then extrapolate that if/when a nuclear exchange duplicated the same conditions, that the same results would result.

Personally, I'd prefer it if the whole thing remained a theory!
