When the NWO fully rolls out, Require IQ tests to drive a car

Everyone should be required to take an IQ test in order to drive a car. There are too many morons on the road. One example, the other day I watched some guy come to a complete stop as soon as the traffic light turned yellow and almost caused an accident. He did it again at the next light.

There would be fewer cars on the road, less pollution, and less traffic. That person can either car pool with someone or get on a bus. Using public transportation would also mean more money for the state.
