DARPA Building Robots with 'Real' Brains

I would like you people to focus on the fact that research & development is done in order to make robots look evermore like human beings. There could be a moment when a normal person will not be able to distuingish such a machine from another person.

What's needed for this ? Not just the outer looks of "humanity", assuredly; but also, from the part of the human being, a forgetting about how it feels to talk and have intimate contact with a living soul inside a human being...
