STEP-UNCLE INTEL: North Korea Will Launch Their Missile Tonight!!!

I just want to point something out. They just said something on CNN that made me double take. When referring to the "leak" about NK's nuclear capabilities, the reporter said the leak was that NK could reach the US mainland. Maybe she misspoke? I doubt it.
Anybody else notice they keep changing the phrasing of the "leak"? I heard it phrased so that it sounded like they already had nuclear armed missiles and the question was only of their range and not if they were reliable, now this.
My theory is that they are releasing info to the public in degrees to prevent panic, and they are already fully aware of the extent of NK's nuclear capabilities.
