I have a couple of fairly unrelated questions:

1. what happens to the spirit / consciousness when dementia hits, or when the memory centers are destroyed in the brain. What is individual consciousness without memory? Is the individual AN individual, or simply part of some overall collective consciousness / memory. Is individuality really an illusion in other words.

How do the notions of personality and soul relate to each other. For instance, in psychology there is the famous case of Phineas Gage, who was a moderate man but then had a rod or something pierce his frontal lobe in a particular spot. He became immoderate and loutish, foul-mouthed and so on. Did his soul change?

Okay, I will leave it at the "first" question since it ended up being quite long.

The Spirit remains, but the consciousness becomes pushed back, the awareness and awakefulness is decreased, when dementia or other related mental/brain illnesses strikes. This in turn further makes such a person less conscious at the moment of death, and pushes his consciousness even deeper away into a subconscious, or unconscious, state. To avoid such, one must live a health life, and be spiritually and mentally active, constantly increasing ones inner experiences, and strive towards maintaining an aware, alert and conscious mind.

An individual is a fragment of its real individuality - this is what I call Soul Fragments and their Higher Souls. An individual only experience one aspect of self, here in a physical body, and not its total Self. Thus, individuality is in a sense an illusion here, until one manage to connect with ones Higher Self, and experience ones other individual Soul Fragments. The collective consciousness affects an individual, but it IS not the individual. Read my article on consciousness and entities affecting us here:

It may explain to you the last part of your question as well, regarding the damaged brain creating a different personality - I would say that personality change is caused by other inner entities becoming dominant over previous ones, and those that were more dominant have been pushed away, due to the damage itself - again read my article above on consciousness and inner entities for indepth information on the topic.

A lot of it is, yes. That is why people must be aware of external influences, and the reality around them.

How old are you ? From that Youtube video I'd say about 25-30. Not to belittle you but...

Things are somewhat better, but life is a rollercoaster, always going up and down. Still got attacks against me, and people trying to shut me down and what not, but I am not giving up easily. Been keeping a fairly low profile lately though, but I am working on coming back with a bang.. Still a bit left before the show really gets on though.. But I got some interesting people of power on my side that I am working on with my return, stronger than ever. You will know.

why would the astral/spiritual form want or need to make a physical representation of itself?

why would it (entity) need to descend itself into a more restricted realm of experience?

Short answer: Soul was trapped in body. It did not go down into this dense material world because it wanted. You are a fragment of your True Self, Higher Soul
