I'm not able to find another link to verify but it seems legit, with a picture and quotes from the guy (who was in the process of alerting police) .

Mike Heiliger runs in the Boston Marathon in 2008. The Squamish man finished the race on Monday (April 15) about a half hour before two explosions rocked the finish line area. He was not injured.

Who knows, she might be there saying the same thing every year. This yer she got part of it right.

When I lived in Boston there was a bag lady who used to always hang around the Tuffts university area who just knew things. She was obviously mentally ill but kind of psychic.
