as much as I love the conspiracy angle, this one actually does sound like a crazy bag lady who probably does this all the time. Just because she got it right doesn't mean she's a psychic or part of the conspiracy.
Just remember that all of the homeless people holding signs portending Jesus' imminent return are EVENTUALLY GOING TO BE 100% ACCURATE. Doesn't mean they should be considered prophets.
