I'm in NJ and swear I felt a very faint tremor a little after 9 am. ??

I posted midday today that my daughter and I heard a rumbling like thunder and the house shook a bit like with thunder. Problem was, it was a sunny day and it lasted 2-3 minutes. I'm in Wisconsin.

Hmm. Unfortunately, the times of these events cannot be trusted.

Picking the Yakutat, Alaska earthquake, of 3.5 magnitude, to look at the details of....

On the main page, it states the time of event as 14:25 UTC.
In Details view, it says it occured at 2:19 UTC (14:19) today. Not that big a difference.

The big blunder is that it then says the local time was today at 6:19 pm.

That is not the correct equivalent of the UTC time given. So, which time did it occur?

Ok... I think it's the UTC time that site is going by, if we are to trust this computer generated data.
