I knew it was only a matter of time! They propose bill.....gets defeated They propose another bill.....gets defeated And they keep doing it until all the votes are bought and paid for until it passes. Then they make the amendments they wanted in the first place to this bill.....and goodbye internet freedoms. I expect now they will focus on registering each user and ip to a Drivers license name next! If something like this comes to pass I will be going offline and saying sayonara to PC. Not worth it. Isnt that what the user ID on the left does anyway? locks your IP provider and the dynamic IP the generate to your machine at home? You know what this is. A bunch of monkey spankers sitting around with nothing to do so they make up laws and bullshit to justify their existence sitting around spanking the monkey. dont get me wrong, its keeping people working. But im pretty sure even a 4th grader could plot something like this.
