Makes no sense at all until you accept that private citizens are not behind this.

It would look way more suspicious if the perps were never caught in any of these incidents so we should always expect a patsy with a well developed biography.

No doubt some of the writers also work for the movie and TV industry or go on to do so when they leave the agency.
