So... let me get this straight. Two guys blow up bombs at the marathon in Boston. They do not attempt to flee too far, as any sane person would. No, they instead just stay around for coffee, strippers and whatnot. A few days later they decide to ambush a cop, kill him and steal a car at gunpoint. Clever! Talk about keeping low. Eventually, the driver is released unharmed because... why not. They weren't trying to injure or kill anyone in the process, right? Oh, and let's not forget all the explosives they threw out of the car, but somehow missed more than all the Stormtroopers combined (could we please get that tape already? Really wanna see what CGI can do today). Finally, one of the guys gets killed, the other one escapes.

Guy #2 is later found crawled up into a boat. He doesn't shoot or move or anything. That's until the police start raining down flashbangs on him. This same formerly very-dangerous, Rambo-like 19 y.o., doesn't care for his diabolical plans anymore. Doesn't try to come out waving a white flag, doesn't throw any other bombs or rocks at least, doesn't have a gun to end his misery. Nope, none of that. Instead, he just lies on his back waiting for that faithful bullet to the neck that will most probably bury the truth altogether... and that kind'a wraps it.

Yeah? And how do you propose to do that? How exactly do you exclude industrial and government spies when all you've got to do to gain trust is to present a false ID, at best? The only way something like that would work would be through the establishment of smaller OFFLINE communities that can somehow still get in touch with one-another. Call them the Resistance groups, there's plenty out there already. That being said, the government and those behind still have eyes and ears everywhere. There's very little hope that no one gets infiltrated in such groups.

I tried to think like that when I learnt who were the alleged suspects in the whole story. Made sense that the bombs didn't do much damage or rather death due to, say, inexperience and the fact that they may have been more set on proving a point, rather than killing lots. Didn't make a lot of sense as they were already kept tabs on, or, at least, in previous years; the bomb sniffing dogs; "keep calm" announcements; various inconsistencies; coincidence with the gun control issue and Obummer's bummer face and speech; many others I will not get into right now.

As far as my personal belief in all this goes, I'm still not convinced the guy that was showed in plenty pictures having his legs blown off was actually fully-functional before. Neither is the fact that the anatomy seems to be off and no, that was not due to the blast. I mean no disrespect or anything, but his reaction to having his legs blown off screams for less pain than me having a hair plucked out of my nose.

I cant understand why they would lift the lockdown while one of the bombers was still running around.. the whole point of it was to keep everyone safe so these guys couldnt hurt anyone else. according to the police, these guys were armed with explosives so what gives?? and what a coincidence a civilian finds the guy in his boat as soon as he steps out of his house when the lockdown was lifted...

Do you really think that after 4 days of running away, wounded or not, the thought of being shot on sight hasn't passed through his mind? He knew he was either going to spend the rest of his life in prison, be given a death sentence or get shot by a cop, a fed or a civilian. If he wouldn't have wanted to die, he would have surrendered in plain sight where civilians would have seen him unarmed, even naked if need be, so that he wouldn't get shot (the police wouldn't have done that in public for no reason). He would have gotten out of the boat, raised both hands or something. Or, better yet, he'd have ran! He'd have driven the car far away or taken another, hid in the sewers or something. He apparently managed to keep his head on his shoulders smartly enough to not get tracked by the police's dogs. Again, apparently, because leaving a trail of blood is more than enough for a hound to get a scent of. I mean, come on. Do I really need to go on?
