Anyone else hearing strange tones in the sky in the Cleveland area?

There is a strange tone that carries on for 3-4 seconds followed by a slightly lower pitch tone for the same amount of time. It stops and then repeats... Very strange. It seems to be coming from everywhere. I'm in Fairport Harbor, 30 miles northeast of Cleveland.
