Internet acting wierd!!!! CISPA??

my pc has been freezing up, youtube, and everything! I click on a thread, and can't move anything but the back key! been like this for about a week, ran a antvirus scan, and nothing! I give up!

My internet service is fine but the search engine results are garbage. I have used google and yahoo so far and both engines have produce strange results, not on topic. Is anyone else having this issue?
