It certainly has been for me. Started off ok, but on thursday I was suddenly hit by a bad gastro bug. Much puking. It has since spread through the family though none have got it as bad as I had it thank goodness! Currently I can't move my neck or arm due to pinching a muscle really badly. Its agony. And I still can't eat much from the gastro bug and feel awful. How has your week been?
