For Two Strand DNA we would see the "Throne of God" (center Hydrogen bonds) surrounded by 12 bases on each side... making 24 'Elders'.



Revelation 4:4
"Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on them were twenty-four elders. They were dressed in white and had crowns of gold on their heads"

And finally... "12 Strand DNA" with "12 Bases", for a grand total of "144"...



It's kind of hard to see, but hopfully you guys get it.
