Been having a look at her work, seems to be a nice enough lady.
She is the daughter of the man who founded Carnival Cruise lines.
Basically she just trys to persuade people in their everyday lives to do good for others in business practices, in smiling at people etc.
Although looking at things cynically, if you are comfortably well off with money, you have more reason to smile than most.

Kindness is a universal concept.
