We need a new word for "truther" or "consiracy theorist". I prefer Independent Thinker. **NEW WORD: Disclosurist. What say you?

I hate the term conspiracy theorist. Usually "anarchist" or "anti-American" gets inappropriately inked with "conspiracy theorist".

What ever happened to people just wishing for an accountable government and a functioning democracy in this nation? Why all the terminology???

I'm using it socially also. Kind of leaves the door open for explanation from those who shut me off when I say "I don't trust the official story" to those that do and shut me off when I use the word "conspiracy".

I like calling it being a "fact" checker.

as soon as you say "we are _____" then you have made yourselves a target, remember that.

I'm leaning towards....radical knowledgist.

I prefer to refer to us as "The Awakened" using common sense to override those who live distracted and in hibernation of reality.
I only use that term when describing 'conspiracy thinking' that is more than obviously apparent.

I don't know about everyone else, but in social circles when people start talking about the terrorists bombing the WTC and how wonderful it was that they got Bin Laden, I usually just smile and sip my coffee.

In smaller groups of say two people visiting our home, I will plant just a small seed and let them decide how much water to put on it. I found out years back that talking too much about things that 'people didn't want to even hint at accepting' was instantly rejected.

Call a cat a tiger and its still going to be a cat. This complex is from the media and outside influence. I leave it at the truth, that I love to read and study and learn. I have never caught any bs from anyone I respect for my alternative views. People cower away in debates... and thats on bad days.

Anyway just wanted to add.. you can keep finding words to call it but they will get mocked and demonised as well.
