"If someone comes out of a liquor store with a weapon and fifty dollars in cash … I don't care if a drone kills him or a policeman kills him." why would he need to be killed, wouldn't you want to apprehend him?

I knew during the fake 'filibuster' that Paul was actually and actively paving the way FOR drone strikes in America, not against them.
