Text: On 4/29/13 at approximately 1615 hours, Kodiak AST received a 911 call
reporting a possible medical emergency. AST responded to the residence.
While troopers where inside the home, Skyler Waite, 20 of Kodiak, became
agitated and aggressive toward troopers. She was arrested and charged with
Assault 4 on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct.

First of all, it's only "illegal" if you choose to be a Citizen that follows the Statutes created for government created entities.

2nd, it is LEGAL in the State of Alaska. As troopers working under State of Alaska LAW, up to 4 oz of mj in a persons home is completely LEGAL.

The proper way is to refuse to allow the officer in the house. Tell them you made no emergency call from your address.If the officer is insistent on the 911 call he will contact the 911 operator and trace the call.If the call came from your address , then you will receive a citation for a false 911 call . If the call came from another address the officer will have to investigate that address of why the call was made.

Those troopers need to be charged with kidnapping and assault.

If that women was smart, she would sue that man in civil court for those crimes against her. Do not sue him as a state agent or the State of Alaska itself, she must sue him in common law court as a human being and not as an agent of the state.

The cop is begining to exit the room and the woman reaches for the door to hold it as he is leaving. The cop misinterpets this as an aggressive move and completely over reacts by shoving her away and then engaging in a standard takedown to the floor with a buddy. Nothing else after that matters. She was attacked by a cop. Any lawyer worth their salt should be able to at least get any charges against her dropped. A better lawyer could seek damages.
