If you'd actually read the articles. Clouds have to be already in place for cloud dispersants to work...and there is no evidence to link the trails we see to any of these things.

I think it was in third grade that I learned about cloud formation, but I'd read it on my own before that. Clouds are condensed water vapor, contrails are mainly hot water vapor which rapidly cools... Not that hard to figure out.
