the US Air Force Academy's manual for Chemtrails, this class Chem 131 in the Fall of 1990 was very popular. The AF produced two manuals in 1990 and 1992...the link above is the manual from 1990's class.

Again, looking up...and understanding what you see when you look up, are two separate things.

Um, no. Sorry. Again you make a claim with no evidence. If you're saying something is a lie, then you need evidence of something to the contrary. I don't know if persons unknown are spraying various things from planes or not, but I think it's pretty likely. What I have a problem with is people saying that long-lasting contrails are evidence of that. They're not.
