Well, for it to be a Civil War there would need to be separate sides, i.e. Blue & Gray, North & South, Yank & Reb., secession from the Union...you know what I mean.

They're already setting it up with all the State's Rights issues the last few years.

You do know that was the real issue regarding the Civil War. Slavery was just a warm fuzzy talking point to distract the sheeple of the day.

The Twilight Zone: The Monsters Are on Maple Street

It will happen here. Probably before the end of this year at the rate things are starting to move. We have a traitor as President with most of our legislative and judicial branches being either ineffective or traitors as well. At the very least, they turn a blind eye to many of the things these traitors are doing to the people and the world. We have militias growing in numbers by the thousands. Ammo can't stay in stock for any longer than it takes to load it on the shelves. Guns are backordered for years in some cases. Active duty and discharged troops alike are speaking out against the men in charge. If we were not so war weary, I believe it would have happened already.

Would it not be more beneficial just to wait for the next election and put in new people?

If it were based upon regional difference possibly, but these are ideological issues that transcend state boundaries.

Most states are divided internally on issues of bigger Government, gun control and other issues.

So the chances of a civil war not only Nationally, but at a State level, is a very real possibility.
