Yes, I am a nanny and dog walker. I find it funny how white people love their children and animals but would rather not deal with them, just pay out the nose and ears for someone else to do it.

Do you identify as white? Do you feel that white Americans identify you as white? Do you feel like an outsider?

I ask because unless a hispanic person is clearly an immigrant (not a native english speaker) I regard them as white. I just don't see a difference. I can't say the same for one particular race.

I've been called to clients houses on weekends just to find them sitting on the couch watching TV. They basically tell me to take their children/animals out of their hair.

That's what I identify as. I am very lucky to live in a country that can usually accept me.

I'm assuming you mean black, what makes black people any better or worse than white people? Answer with your heart, not your ego.

You should be able to live in any country with acceptance. Accept who you are truly before you expect others to accept you. You are not your race or your background culture, you are yourself. Those who don't accept you as that obviously haven't found themselves.

No, I don't identify being white but I don't feel totally Latino either. I feel very "other". People are usually spit with me. Many consider me white, Mexicans especially to insult me.

Our ancestors are also immigrants, this country is multicultural everywhere you go..

People come here for many reason just like our fathers, grandfathers, great grandfathers, etc.

I really love Asian food. Korean BBQ, sushi,and pho.
I do not like English American food. My mother loved stuff like roast beef and other bland dishes and would always make it when I was growing up.
Mexican food is good for spicyness but not much else for me.

Haha. I do eat Mexican food quite often. Because I LOVE spicy dishes. But I will admit there are tastier things out there.

There is nothing like sitting down your cousins who are older than you and explaining to them pads are not flushable.

I grew up in E.LA. my Hispanic friends never knew Spanish and had no Mexican ties any more than I did.
