You should send your Dr. a bill for your time...
I am dead serious, and when he laughs it off you should send him another and another, and then send him a 90 day past due notice.
And then take him to court and get a lien placed on his home for the amount.
I am not kidding about this, I've read my Doc the riot act for wasting my time. he/ she is not more important than I am and I let them know it.
