Ruse. I still think that NK talks too much. All talk, no show. However I'm sure that since I said that, they will prove me wrong.

I think it's odd timing that the North Koreans remove their missiles at a time when the U.S & South Korea begin more war-games, a move that Pyongyang has always deemed unacceptable and provocative. The fact that the leadership of South Korea is currently over the other side of the world is also interesting timing I think..
