Atoms have consciousness
Atoms have consciousness(subconsciousness).

Have you ever heard atoms have consciousness?
Perhaps you have not, I suppose.
As for me I came to know it last year.
Moreover I found the woman who can talk with atoms.

Re: Atoms have consciousness
In my older age I have come to realize that all living things "may" have a level of consciousness that we humans can not understand. An "aurora" around them that is more than just their cellular structure. This would include animals we think of as "smart" (dogs, cats, monkeys, porpoises, whales, horses, pigs etc.), and even "lower" level animals such as birds (the information about crows and their sophistication is amazing).

The question I now struggle with is the age old one that the Native American Indians believed ... do the innanimate parts of the earth also have a consciousness (and by extension a soul)?

It is a firm belief in traditional North American Indian Culture that they DO.

Do the rocks that you pass by have an ability to "be aware" in some manner? Does the tree have an "awareness"? Does mother earth itself have an "awareness"?

I find that increasingly I am drawn toward the Amnerican Indian concept of an "awareness" and a "soul" existing within even those parts of our world that we normally do not think of as having a complex brain. The movie "Avatar" touched upon this concept, and while that movie is science fiction the basic concepts they touched upon ARE BELIEVED by many peoples around the world.

As humans we have only a very limited understanding of the universe and how it really works. Maybe someday a better understanding will arrive, though I am sure it will not be in my lifetime.

Re: Atoms have consciousness
Nice thread :)
“The living being had no need of eyes because there was nothing outside of him to be seen; nor of ears because there was nothing to be heard; and there was no surrounding atmosphere to be breathed; nor would there have been any use of organs by the help of which he might receive his food or get rid of what he had already digested, since there was nothing which went from him or came into him: for there was nothing beside him. Of design he created thus; his own waste providing his own food, and all that he did or suffered taking place in and by himself. For the Creator conceived that a being which was self-sufficient would be far more excellent than one which lacked anything; and, as he had no need to take anything or defend himself against any one, the Creator did not think it necessary to bestow upon him hands: nor had he any need of feet, nor of the whole apparatus of walking; but the movement suited to his spherical form which was designed by him, being of all the seven that which is most appropriate to mind and intelligence; and he was made to move in the same manner and on the same spot, within his own limits revolving in a circle. All the other six motions were taken away from him, and he was made not to partake of their deviations. And as this circular movement required no feet, the universe was created without legs and without feet.” -Plato

Re: Atoms have consciousness
Particles aren't the basis of consciousness, consciousness is the basis of particles. Everything is part of universal consciousness. Everything that can be experienced, has an experience. The devices and condition of the subject is what determines how it perceives. Unfortunately, usually, the more numerous the devices of perception, the more superficial the condition.

Everyone and everything is part of the fabric at their core. So when someone pulls information about something or someone, they're not necessarily pulling it from the immediate environment or elements within it but the environment may be aiding them in visualization. The conscious fabric is pervasive of time and space so one can access any time any place for any reason from it. That being said, our timelines past events can be easily parsed, at the same time the number of parallel futures vast and indefinite because each subject in current existence co-creates it through condition perception and devices. But you knew that peace

I would also think that time itself is malleable, with respect to past and future. Though they are a series of predetermined fates with predetermined responses with predetermined possible outcomes; I think these outcomes exist, in a form of alternate reality. One must consider what exactly is the difference between future and past, if future is subject to predetermined outcomes i.e. fate... it would be conceptually possible to know both.

yet we can "pull" pieces of time out, like editing a sound track or video piece from Msft moviemaker. You can move it forward or back; interacting with the predetermined realities and altering them. So fate exists, at the occult level, but is not a certain outcome.

I think time is malleable because of anomalies like precognition, intuition being proven fact, and other examples of psychic predictive phenomenon.

Just came to mind but I also think the mechanisms of genes, and genetic expression are tied to the time continum as well; for example dormant genes are not necessarily expressed, unless certain stressors are introduced to the subject. I think the time continum operates the same way.

When I think of time, I picture an asterisk. The center of the asterisk represents the present where every possibility converges into the events we witness as reality . Then I imagine a near-infinite number of the rays extending from the center of the asterisk that represent all the possibilities that exist in parallel to one another from a singular perspective alone at center. In one general direction from the plane of the present you have the past, the other direction represents the future.  Since consciousness is not bound by time nor space, hence imagination, I imagine these indefinite rays stretching for what may seem like eternity, but, in an eventual shape that's much like a donut.
From there, i figure that as we are exposed to the present what we know becomes our reality. What we are told comes in a close three-way tie with what we think and what we believe. Each of those plausibilities damn near overlapping on the same timeline and possibly coexisting. Every single possibility is still exist in some parallel every reality. But it exist closer to the timeline of a perspective with a higher relative plausibility of that reality.

Oops.. Sorry, kind of burned my brain towards the end there.

Basically I'm saying we're all singularity feedback loops haphazardly creating our own realities within limits of our collective imaginations.

We all gods of our own personal universe stepping on each others toes perpetually creating hell or heaven on earth for one another. I hope we realize this in time.

I read the site you linked to and it seems to contradict its own theories with the assertion that slime created people but animals were already here for food. In any case, there has been some talk and debate about the potential consiousness of quantum particles. It is expected that eventually these behaviors of quantum particles will be fully expressed by science and mathematics. It is fascinating whether they are explained by rules of dimensions we previously did not comprehend as suggested in some theories like string theory or if it is some fantastic story about slime traveling to earth without the ability to move and battling gas fire balls in the sky that seek to turn the stone people to stone.

Re: Atoms have consciousness
The assertion "atoms have consciousness" is incorrect because it perpetuates the false doctrine of Cartesian duality, the dichotomy between matter and mind: "res extensa" and "res cogitans."

The correct statement should be "atoms are the most elementary form of consciousness."

Actually, however, the assertion is wrong in another sense because it should refer to the most basic constituents of atoms, not to atoms themselves. It is superstrings that are the most elementary form of consciousess. According to the Standard Model, the simplest atom - the hydrogen atom - consists of four superstrings (electron+three quarks). This is incorrect because quarks are bound states of three, yet-to-be-discovered superstrings, so that the hydrogen atom comprises 10 superstrings. They correspond to the 10 Sephiroth of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. To learn more about superstrings as holistic realisations of this cosmic blueprint, visit:
