its not,, you bank up hours to be used later or paid later. they are not screwing someone out of anything , it lets employees and employers more flexability for vacations,sick leave ect.
Quoting: boilerbengal but do you still get time-and-a-half for overtime? I think that's the issue. The place I was talking about applied the hours later but didn't pay you overtime pay. (as in, you worked more than forty hours a week and still only got paid for the forty hours until it could be tacked on later...) The bill gives employers the choice of giving you "comp-time" INSTEAD of time and a half pay. It basically ends time and a half pay for overtime work. Yes, this is betrayal. These Republicans have betrayed the people that voted for them. I hope people remember. Republicans work for people who give them MONEY, not the rubes who vote for them.
