IMHO, I think some people are more "in-tune" to receive these feelings than others, which may be why some but not ALL of us can notice these unusual feelings.

I had these symptoms today.I had to take an ibuprophren.I have noticed that I do have weird headaches unlike my normal rare ones whenever we get strong solar flares.Could be coincidental though.I was also very dizzy and nervous,but I contribute the nervousness due to my mothers upcomming brain surgery.

During these times... it is best to drink plenty distilled water. If you feel tired and lethargic, by all means rest if possible. These flares change our dna... it also decalcifies pineal gland. Its also been said that if a large enough flare ever hits us... it could trigger a mass dmt trip. :)
