It's an out of focus 'Airey' disk pattern - nothing more.
Any bright point of light will look like that if you de-focus while at high zoom.
I deliberately induce the pattern, through telescopes, on a regular basis. When you know what to look for, it is a way of accurately aligning the optics of a telescope, and examining the 'figure' of an objective glass (primary lens or mirror)
Quoting: Karlos Im sorry I can most definitely focus my telescope, u can see bubbles on this thing forming and moving around! Quoting: sas21 What kind of scope you have?
