No need for a police officer to "snap a cell phone pic", as the boat would be considered the crime scene and crime scene investigators would be going over the boat with a fine tooth comb,,,aka---CAMERAS! Exactly where are the crime scene photos clearly showing this alleged written confession on the hull of the boat?? If the suspect confessed in his hospital bed, and he stated what he wrote on the boat, why would they keep this completely incriminating evidence secret until now. If they can release to the press he verbally confessed, why not produce an even more damning written confession that the suspect wrote??

Perhaps because it was never there, but the American people/world will believe this as fact, without any proof being offered. If the suspect magically dies in prison, or is unable to communicate, this will be used as his "confession".....AND case closed. Two lone nuts fingered for the crime. Both lone nuts gone.
