That's the victim (who has a wedgy, BTW).

Can you imagine bringing this mess to trial? There are no witnesses apparently. It's like if the pizza boy delivered a pizza to the victim that night and that was the only person who came in contact with the victim. How does that make the pizza boy guilty? Would be very difficult to prove.

Down here where I am in US, they walk closely before taking something like this to trial.

I find this whole thing really weird.

That, to me, doesn't look like Kai the hitch hiker. Not even the same texture hair.

Kai said he cleaved the guy's head open with a hatchet. But the guy was sitting in court, didn't seem to have any massive head wounds. What's up with that?
