For the most part, this can likely be attributed to Solar X-Ray flux and an increase of Photons upon your Human Body.
These Photons are like the wind beneath the wings of an airplane.

Mental health issues are always a pain in the ass when the cosmos starts throwing photons at us.
Take this pain as a sign, to rise above it and never give up.
