You can also see in that frame the CGI error.
They would have published this as mainstream news Tamerlan standing next to Jeff 1 -1.30 minutes before the bomb goes off!
This footage was handed in to the FBI - what? they missed him lol.
No - they knew it was bad, so they went with Jeff's cock and bull story instead that he saw him next to him.
How long the video will be up I do not know, but the original is linked also - I have downloaded it and I have zoomed in - it is 100% FBI forgery!
Download the original also and see for yourself, and see his twitter account verifying he handed this footage to the FBI.
