OK Tornado cause by HAARP to distract the public from white house scandals? Possible PROOF! ?!?!.

There is the possibility that these tornadoes were controlled by a foreign power such as Russia, Iran, China or North Korea. The technology is decades old and there are no real secret of how it works. Iran boasted when Sandy hit NYC that it was responsible for diverting it into the city, a city with a large Jewish population who helps Israel.
In 1978 the UN members including the US signed a treaty banning the use of technology to control tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, climate, etc. in warfare.
Look it up on google: CONVENTION ON THE PROHIBITION OF MILITARY OR ANY OTHER HOSTILE USE OF ENVIRONMENTAL MODIFICATION TECHNIQUES. It is the result of the US seeding clouds to create floods during the Vietnam War. See Operation Popeye on google.
