When police arrived she was in her apartment, but let officers in when they knocked. We're told officers saw a bong, and that's when Amanda tossed it ... and then got arrested. Police can smell it and no one bothers with arrest. Why did she get arrested? i know an old nag who told a police officer that she could smell pot down the street and she got arrested instead because she had an outstanding ticket and the cop didn't like her.
