I had no idea! This really surprised me that the U.S. was the only country. Portugal and Austria have 35 combined vacation days and holidays guaranteed. That's five freakin weeks off. Nicely done Portugal and Austria!

Japan comes in second to last with 10 guaranteed vacation days. That's still 10 more than the U.S.
