Why do many of these weapons systems have access to the Internet? Any info regarding these weapons or communications between people who keep these weapons protected should be done over paper and not Internet.

SOOOO, if I remember correctly, was there not a tidbit from the congress that this type of activity is a deceleration of WAR. Things seem to change daily in this respect.
