Reptilians with a telepathic third eye appeared in Doctor Who in 1970. So did the Draconians.
Is someone rubbing the truth in our faces or was the reptilian conspiracy inspired by obsessive Doctor Who fans?

Silurians
Type: Reptilian humanoids
Home planet: Earth

"The Silurians are a fictional race of reptile-like humanoids in the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who. The species first appeared in Doctor Who in the 1970 serial Doctor Who and the Silurians, and were created by Malcolm Hulke. The first Silurians introduced are depicted as prehistoric and scientifically advanced sentient humanoids who predate the dawn of man; in their backstory, the Silurians went into self-induced hibernation to survive what they predicted to be a large geological upheaval caused by the Earth capturing the Moon"

And the Draconians...

Draconians
Type: Reptilian humanoid
Affiliated with: Draconian Empire
Home planet: Draconia

"The Draconians are an extraterrestrial race. They were featured in the British science fiction television series Doctor Who. Their only television appearance to date was in the 1973 serial Frontier in Space. Unlike many "monster" races in Doctor Who, the Draconians were articulate and portrayed as having a sophisticated and advanced culture not unlike that of feudal Japan."

I wonder why reptilian humanoids became synonymous with aliens in science fiction? Why lizard people, specifically?

Perhaps they exist, but have been deliberately fictionalized byway of movies, books, games, so no one believes they are secretly controlling us?

Great find op. It's amazing reference to the third eye and the idea that it can be accessed for greater consciousness, power, etc. With all the conspiracy surrounding reptilian/illuminati this is interesting to say the least. I tend to think that even if the reptilian conspiracy is true, we humans have similar abilities to access consciousness greater than that which we experience today.

Get this... in The Dulce Book, a Dulce securiy officer claims one of the Draconians was called Khaarshfaashst, and in Doctor Who the Draconians call the Doctor, Khaarshvakataar.

Those names are very similar.

Yes... too weird.

"I had to ARGUE with one large Draconian 'boss' frequently. His name is difficult to verbalize, Khaarshfashst [pronounced throaty kkhhah-sshh-fahsh-sst]. I usually called him 'Karsh,' and he hated it. The Draconian leaders are very formal when
talking to the human race. These ancient beings consider us a lower race. Karsh called me "Leader Castello," - The Dulce Book

and...

"the Draconians call the Doctor "Karshtakavaar", or "The Oncoming Storm"."
