Angry Violent dreams??

Last night and also what seems every other month or so I have wild temper tantrum type dreams were I yell at everyone, throw stuff and just act like a complete asshole to everyone around me.
Last night I was at a baseball game (in dream) and when the anthem was on I started yelling out your fat and ugly so some of the players and people started booing and yelling at me and I just turned it up. I get extremely violent and obnoxious and its actually most time quite unsettling and uneasy when I wake up from that part of the dream. I feel terrible.

Its really hard to describe on here how I act in the dream. Its VERY VERY hateful and vial towards everyone including my parents if they happen to be there. But I am not an angry person and I usually always act calm and polite with good manners. And my parents are together still and all is great with them and me

WTH is causing these here and there?
any dream experts on here?
