Any seeds and legumes are good substitutes for meat. They can be added to vegetable dishes to increase the sustaining quality of the vegetables. Macadamias, a few crushed up and made into a paste then thinned with water or Rice Milk, are a good substitute for cream/ creaminess in many dishes.

Kelp from a clean source - one in Australia, not the English Channel - is good too.


Iodine before 1980 was the bread improver. Now they use bromide which is a poison and neurotoxin.


There's lots of things people can look up, to improve one's health, if they want to.

What kind of cancers?

I have seen and heard of lots of brain tumors. They die fast from these. Breast cancer. Liver cancer . Lung cancer.
A preventive process needs to be set in place. Once it's found you end up in hospital and that not such a good place to be.
Even vegetarians get it. Personally think it begins at young age with fragmentation caused by trauma. Trauma splits off parts of the person. These are called fragments. A person does not know a part of themselves and it remains unconscious. They have no feeling or awareness of it. In that darkness the cancer can take root.

if meat is the cause would the cancer rate not be the same for the past few million years?

Or are we talking about todays meat (hormone feed)

Agreed lots of cancer cases, and prevention via diet is better than cures.

But if anyone needs a cure for cancer, there is a LOT of people claiming to have cured various terminal cancers, by using bicarb soda (one teaspoon in a glass of water, 1-3 times daily).

Lots of success stories on various forums on the net, and it doesn't clash with most other medications.

well. say 40% of people are over 40. Thats 8 million. 3 % of that is 240,000. Thats two small cities i Australia. Thats a big load on doctors and hospitals.
If there was that many with flu it would be epidemic. If one kid dies of whooping cough all the kids who dont get vaccinated are to blame.Its All over the media.
Then there is the cancer in the people under 40.

These are only my guesses. Surely someone has the actual figures.

Actually the real cause is the over prescribed antibiotic.

Antibiotics paive the way to cancer an autoimmune disease.

This will come out someday.

The main cause , to me , of childhood trauma is needle trauma esp from vaccinations, and vit K1 at birth. This is painful so a being deals with it by separating itself from the pain. Another part of them has the pain.Fragmentation occurs Here the cancer grows. Circumcision in males is another one.

This fragment never gets loved until the original trauma is acknowledged and healed. It remains unevolved.

I have been diagnosed with developmental trauma disorder. Trauma before the age of one mostly. Does this mean I will get cancer?

Is it a high-industrial area? My hometown had huge factories and all the air and water pollution it caused, and lung cancer was really widespread. Even for folks that never smoked. It was kept hush-hush though.

Australia has very high cancer rates. It could possibly have a lot to do with nuke testing back in the day. And lack of foresight.

maybe its a genetic thing...like all of the affected people coming from a certain region in the British Isles...
