Do some Judges get kick backs from private prisons for prison convictions ?
I am on a 10 year probation... I have spent 8 of them in Fort Worth and was transfered to Dallas when I moved there. I have never violated anything, always clean pee test. I was on mail in in Fort Worth and got a pee test like twice a year. Since I have been in Dallas the past 7 months they have pee tested me everytime. My probation officer said the Judge makes them do that. So is he trying to get people to violate so he can send new guests to prisons for a kick back ?

Judges have been disbarred for that very thing. Last scandal i remember had to do with judges sentencing juveniles to extra long stays at privately owned juvenile detention programs for minor offenses.

Yeah, it happened big time a few years ago in the Scranton area of PA. A judge was locking up teens for payola. He just got sentenced and he'll spend the rest of his life in jail.

Not just judges, the whole correctional institution is luctrative. Especially when they get free labor.. Thats why the law books get fatter and fatter every year.. You probably broke the law 3 times today and didnt even know it.
